pigtails, sundress and plum sauce

YES!!! Ha! Finally the day has come she let me put a clip in and I got to the camera in time!
PLUS pigtails!!! What more could a mama ask for?
I am complete. :)
..I love this vintage wrap around sun dress pattern, looks like I made it just in the nick of time, too. Perhaps we can get her to wear it a few more times, oh, how they grow.
..and now for the messiest part of our day, or as I like to say "hey, do you guys want to squish some plums with me?" (hold up red hands to convince them of the fun, strangely little Lilly was a hard sell, but enjoyed watching)


so much more fun than pictures could convey, fresh plum sauce anyone?
(seriously, we have TONS)

Here is the short list:

An attempt to sum up the enormous space between then and now-

1. A place to call home, (for now?) Well the yard is perfect for boating anyway!

2. A little time for an embroidery lesson, or two..

3. Bake first Apple pie from scratch, delighted that it was edible!

4. ~*~Grow something~*~

5.Bake LOTS of cookies!


Yes, it's beginning to feel like home.
